We specialise in PFI/PPP Reset and Handback surveys, being involved in and help shaping the Department of Health Centre of Best Practice (CoBP) surveys since 2020.
These are bespoke surveys and one of the key success factors is identifying and agreeing contract specific standards and obligations across all the stakeholders at the outset.
