Mechanical and Electrical asset condition survey of a number of Civic Offices and amenities. Innovative mobile hand-held printing solution to generate bespoke asset labelling. Production of PPM plans and schedules.
Mechanical and Electrical asset verification and generation of bespoke asset labels conforming to the CAFM system requirements. This was achieved via our innovative hand-held mobile printing solution.
M&E and Fabric Surveys
We undertake both asset verification and condition surveys to M&E plant and building fabric.
In our experience, developing a clear brief at the outset is essential to achieving the desired outputs. The brief will cover the format and detail of the data to be collected, as well as agreeing which elements need to be captured as an individual asset or system. This is essential for developing the maintenance strategy and integrating with a CAFM system. In addition to carrying out the surveys, our ability to cost the dilapidation and lifecycle replacement works provides a totally comprehensive assessment.
