Overview
At very short notice, our team was deployed using our in-house bespoke tablet survey solution to undertake a non-intrusive M&E asset collection and condition survey. Part of this exercise included a review of all engineering drawings to extract non-visible assets.

Using our tablet-based survey solution, our surveyors were able to capture all necessary information at individual asset level, along with associated photos. This negated the need for double inputting and saved 50% on programme time. All assets were fully categorised against SFG20. This information was quickly labour loaded enabling revised costs to be submitted promptly to their client.
